Holland Cox handbags are completely handcrafted, one at a time, from Valerie Williams' own original patterns. Each is the product of her imagination, her hands, and her sewing machine. We try to emphasize natural fabrics, so most items are made from 100% cotton fabrics. All Holland Cox handbags are limited edition, because we buy fabrics in small quantities to ensure that every Holland Cox handbag is special. There won't ever be more than three of any handbag. Because our handbags are constructed with layers of interfacings and interlinings, we recommend spot cleaning only.

Holland Cox is happy to spread the joy of handmade classics overseas! If you would like to have your order shipped outside the US, please send an email to orders (at) hollandcox (dot) com to recieve shipping information and fees specific to your country. International orders will be shipped via the US Postal Service's Global Priority Mail.
ordering & payment
While shopping at www.HollandCox.com you can click on "add to cart" at any time to add the corresponding item to your shopping cart, and then check out immediately or continue shopping. When you are ready to check out, click on "shopping cart" on the top menu and follow the instructions to check out. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. When you enter your payment information in the shopping cart, please supply the 3-digit verification number of the back of your credit card as well as an address matching the billing address on your card. You will receive an email confirmation from orders (at) hollandcox (dot) com when your order is complete, and an email confirmation from customerservice@propay.com when your credit card has been processed. Your order will be listed on your credit card statement as orders (at) hollandcox (dot) com.Please email any questions you might have to this address, but be sure not to include credit card information in any email message.
shipping & delivery
All items (within the US) are shipped via the US Postal Service Flat Rate Shipping within three weeks of ordering. Keep in mind each item is handmade at the time of your order. If fabrics or other notions involved in your order are unavailable we will send you an email at the time of your order, and work with you to find an alternative. returns
We make every effort to make your handbags of the utmost quality. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, contact us at orders (at) hollandcox (dot) com within 7 days of receiving your order for return instructions. Please do not send merchandise back until you have gotten this email. Custom orders or any orders with customized options are not returnable.

Any information you share with us in the course of signing up for our mailing list, ordering merchandise, signing up for giveaways or special promotions, or any other correspondence will never be shared with a third party.
