Everything at Holland Cox is designed and handcrafted by designer Valerie Williams, from her original patterns. All the handbags are one-of-a-kind, and all the accessories are limited edition. New collections of the flagship designs (the wristlet, the classic handbag, and the envelope clutch) are presented twice a year, and new colorways for the accessories are introduced regularly. Because they are constructed with layers of interfacings and interlinings, the handbags should be spot cleaned only.

international orders

I am happy to spread the joy of Holland Cox goodies overseas! International orders will be shipped via the US Postal Service's Global Priority Mail. If you would like to have your order shipped outside the US, please contact me to recieve shipping information and fees specific to your country.

ordering & payment

While shopping at www.HollandCox.com you can click on "add to cart" at any time to add the corresponding item to your shopping cart, and then check out immediately or continue shopping. When you are ready to check out, click on "shopping cart" on the top menu and follow the instructions to check out. You can check out using any major credit card or your PayPal balance. Your order will be listed on your credit card statement as Holland Cox. Please contact me with any questions you might have about your order, but be sure not to include credit card information in any email message.

shipping & delivery

All items are shipped using the US Postal Service's Priority Mail. One-of-a-kind items and custom orders will be shipped with Delivery Confirmation, including a tracking number, which will be emailed to you when your order is complete. All the handbags are one-of-a-kind and will ship immediately. Accessories and custom orders are handmade at the time of your order, and will ship within ten business days, unless another delivery date is discussed. If fabrics or other notions involved in your order are unavailable, I will send you an email at the time of your order, and work with you to find an alternative. If you have any questions regarding shipping and delivery of your order, please contact me and let me know!

returns

I make every effort to make your handbags and accessories of the utmost quality. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order for return instructions. Please do not send merchandise back until you have contacted me. Custom orders, hair accessories, or any orders with customized options are not returnable.

privacy

Any information you share with me in the course of signing up for the insider's mailing list, ordering merchandise, signing up for giveaways or special promotions, or any other correspondence will NEVER be shared with a third party. Your orders are processed through secure servers at Mal's E and PayPal. Please contact these companies directly to learn more about their privacy policies.
